Attached is the updated Flint Hill PUD plan that was submitted to City Staff on Friday, March 6th 2020. According to staff, “the number of units and layout of the development is the same. The changes have to do with how the parking on Keene is align (gone from perpendicular to angled), the right-of-way line (the ROW is now adjusted to include all sidewalks), the private alley to the townhomes to the north (changed from an easement to a private alley), additional street trees, and a key in the Use Matrix.”

A Public Hearing is currently anticipated to be held on April 14th at Planning Commission.
