City Planner Matt Alfele informed the neighborhood that the City has received updated materials (attached) for the proposed development at 240 Stribling Avenue (Rezoning to a PUD and a Critical Slope Waiver application). City staff has not reviewed these materials yet, but that will happen over the next 30 days. At this time no Public Hearing is scheduled. When the Public Hearing is scheduled, all property owners within 500’ of the proposed development will receive an official letter in the mail.
