Special January FSNA Meeting
Charlie Armstrong of Southern Development would like to meet with Fry’s Spring residents to discuss proposed development plans on 240 Stribling and Flint Hill. The new plans have been based on feedback received from previous neighborhood meetings and comments from the Planning Commission. The new designs include changes proffers for affordable housing in both developments, different residential unit types for Flint Hill, and potential proffers for bike/pedestrian improvements on Stribling. The revised plans will be shown and discussed during the meeting to receive neighborhood feedback.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd at 7pm at the Cherry Avenue Christian Church.
There will be no regular membership meeting for FSNA in January.
