The City has received a request from a developer regarding a potential rezoning of the Carrsgrove property at 240 Stribling Avenue. Neighbors in proximity to the project will receive a copy of the letter from the City in the mail. You can also read it here.

These documents are subject to change prior to being placed on the Planning Commission Agenda for a public hearing based on feedback from City staff or from neighbors. The public meeting for this project is tentatively planned at the August 14th FSNA Meeting.
